Remains of martyrs reburied in Kon Tum
A reburial service was held in the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum on March 14 to rebury the remains of five Vietnamese soldiers who laid down their lives in the resistance war against American imperialism.

against American imperialism.
The event took place at the war martyrs’ cemetery in Ngoc Hoi district.
The remains were discovered in Ya Yang forest, Ya Xier commune (Sa Thay
district) by a search team of the Army Corps 3 on February
22-23.
According
to the team, the fallen soldiers were likely from Regiments 209 and 66, and some
other reinforcement units, which joined the battlefield in the Central Highlands in March,
1968./.
