The Kumho Industrial of the Republic of Korea on February 25 signed a contract for the construction of a five-star tower in Hanoi at a total cost of 100 million USD.
Under the contract signed with Kinh Bac Urban Development Company, the Kinh Bac Hanoi Tower will have 32 storeys on 70,000 sq. m. of land housing a shopping centre and office-for-lease spaces.
The construction is scheduled to start in March and be completed in 32 months.
The Kinh Bac Hanoi Tower will be the highest building in Lang Ha road, which is zoned for the financial district of Hanoi.
The Kumho Asiana is the seventh biggest real estate development group in the RoK, which has recently inaugurated the Kumho complex and Intercontinental hotel in downtown Ho Chi Minh City./.
