Franchise Show (VIFS 2009) opened in Ho Chi Minh City on September 10.
The two expos were co-organised by the Republic of Korea’s Convention and Exhibition Company (COEX), the Korean International Trade Association (KITA) and the Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Company (VINEXAD).
VISIS 2009 is showcasing a wide range of equipment and materials needed to operate and manage shops, from design and display items to retail technologies and sales and promotional materials.
VIFS is also spotlighting a number of domestic and international franchises and other franchise-related items.
During the two events, several consultative meetings and seminars will be held with many specialists from various fields taking part.
A programme to link up exhibitors with buyers and provide enterprises with a range of business opportunities in Vietnam will also take place.
The two events, which will last until September 12, are expected to draw more than 20,000 visitors from both in and outside of the country./.
