The activity is part of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) funded project, “Strengthening Road Safety of National Highways in Northern Vietnam ”.
During the week, which will last until Feb. 17, a Road Safety Law contest and an exhibition on road safety and road accidents will be held at high schools and residential areas in Ha Long city.
The JICA-funded project is being implemented in Quang Ninh and nine other northern provinces and cities./.
