project in the southern province of Dong Nai.
At a September 30 working session with the provincial People’s Committee, EDCF said it will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the loan with Dong Nai Water Supply Co. Ltd early next month after a fact-finding tour of the plant.
The plant, with a designed capacity of 100,000 cubic metres per day, will be completed in 2015.-VNA
