Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Chi Vinh, Deputy Minister of National Defence, received Cho Bae-sang, Director of the Department of Foreign Policies under the Republic of Korea (RoK) Ministry of National Defence, in Hanoi on June 28.
At the reception, Lieut. Gen. Vinh expressed his wish that the visit will help strengthen the friendship and mutual understanding between the two armies in particular and between the two nations in general.
For his part, Cho Bae-sang informed the host about the results of the first Vietnam-RoK Dialogue on Defence Policies between his delegation and the Vietnamese National Defence Ministry’s Department of Foreign Relations/.
