The board also signed an agreement for cooperation with the Russia Seafood Association in seafood processing, and to export around 300 million USD worth of seafood to Russia next year.
The agreements to export large volumes of tra will enable Vietnamese farmers to find outlets for their produce.
In the first six months of this year, the Mekong Delta exported a total of 287,000 tonnnes of tra fish, worth 862 million USD.-VNA
