Hanoi (VNA) – Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey
Lavrov will pay an official visit to Vietnam from March 19-20.
The visit will be made at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.
Vietnam and Russia established diplomatic ties on January 30, 1950.
Two-way trade reached nearly 4 billion USD in the first ten months of 2017, up 36 percent year-on-year.
The two countries are working together to raise the figure to 10 billion USD by 2020.-VNA
