to celebrate the 92 nd anniversary of Russia ’s October Revolution.

to celebrate the 92 nd anniversary of Russia’s October Revolution.
The function was attended by Russian Consul General Nikolay Ubushiev, Russian residents and more than 100 Vietnamese officials who previously studied or worked in Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union .
The participants expressed their belief in the values and internationally profound significance that the October Revolution brought to people around the world who have longed for a life of peace, independence, equality and progress./.
