The second round of the negotiation on the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) convened in San Francisco on June 14.

The five-day meeting, which attracted high-ranking officials from Australia, Brunei, Chile, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam and host US, aimed to reach a trade agreement for the Asia-Pacific region.

The negotiation will focus on technical barriers to trade, how to enter a market, trans-national services and environment.

Being launched after the APEC Summit in Singapore last year, the first TPP negotiation round took place in Melbourne , Australia from March 15-19 this year./.
