permit by Ministry of Planning and Investment to contribute capital to a

According to DDS, Angkor VDS Securities PLC has a charter capital of 2 million USD, to which DDS contributed 400,000 USD, Song Ngan Joint Stock Company 300,000 USD and the remainder by foreign partners.
As scheduled, the Cambodian securities market will officially start operation in July this year./.
