Co-organised by the provincial People’s Committee and the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City , the event brought together a large number of local officials, US investors and entrepreneurs who are investing in Binh Duong.

US Consul General Kenneth J. Fairfax said Binh Duong has successfully improved administrative procedures regarding the granting of business, investment and construction licences.

The diplomat revealed that US investors who are operating in Binh Duong appreciate its efforts, however, the province should take measures to better protect the environment and ensure business efficiency.

He also pledged to foster the development of Binh Duong and Vietnam as a whole by introducing suitable suppliers, partners and new investors.

Chairman of the People’s Committee Nguyen Hoang Son said the province will continue to improve its investment environment and adopt more open and flexible policies and measures to call for foreign investors.
