According to a report of Ministry of Finance in 2019 rate of State budget revenue mobilisation reaches 25% of GDP, taxation and fee mobilisation accounts for 21% of GDP.
Total State budget collection was estimated at 214.2 trillion VND (9.31 billion USD) in the first two months of this year, or 14.2 percent of the yearly estimate, reported the General Statistics Office on February 29.
The State budget revenue in January – April was estimated to total 491.38 trillion VND (21.05 billion USD), representing a drop of 5.9 percent against the same period last year, as the Government offered tax relief to support those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Ministry of Finance.
