Hanoi (VNA) – The DynaGen Initiative was launched on February 26 to connect and mobilise social resources to support students.

It is being run by the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation and the Giao duc va Thoi dai (Education and Times) newspaper, in the hopes of raising the quality of national human resources.

Director of the For Vietnamese Stature Foundation Tran Thi Nhu Trang said the initiative looks for contributions in all forms, from human resources, knowledge, finance, facilities to job opportunities for students.

It will provide participants with training courses on defining target, leadership, and soft skills; as well as an array of workshops on market trends, career development, and digital communication in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, she added.

They will have the opportunity to take part in field trips, charitable programmes, and internships. Disadvantaged students will also receive scholarships to facilitate their studies.

In the first year, the DynaGen Initiative will select 50 eligible students for the programme. Of the total, 30 students will receive scholarships worth 1 million VND (43 USD) per month for 10 months.
