More than 100 Vietnamese and US students from 15 secondary schools and universities in the US and southern Khanh Hoa province enjoyed a summer camp at Nha Trang beach from July 2-12.

This is the third time the Project Vietnam Organisation has teamed up with Vietnamese localities to open camps for Vietnamese and US students to exchange and study each other’s cultures and states.

Apart from cultural and sports exchanges, participants took part in numerous charitable activities including environmental hygiene and health treatments for underprivileged locals in Ninh An, Dien Xuan and Vinh Luong communes as well as for ethnic minorities in the province.

They also visited and presented gifts to local orphaned children./.
