Finger pollicisation operations (surgery to replace an absent thumb), thumb-duplication surgery, and operations on hands affected by amyoplasia (musculo-skeletal disorder) were among the topics discussed during the two-day conference.

While in Vietnam, the surgeons from the study group will perform three surgeries on hand abnormalities, with total costs covered by the Children of Vietnam Charity Fund./.
