Sweden decides to keep embassy in Hanoi

Spokeswoman Nguyen Phuong Nga made the statement on August 4 while answering reporters’ questions on the Swedish Government’s reversal of its plan to close the Swedish Embassy in Hanoi.
“Vietnam always advocates enhancing and deepening its traditional friendly and cooperative relations with Sweden, which have been upheld and developed by the two countries’ generations of leaders and peoples in past years,” Nga said./.
