district of the northern mountainous province of Hoa Binh .
A Swiss delegation, headed by Ambassador for Human Rights Issues Koller Paul, highly valued the efficiency of the project, named Promoting Community Management Model (PCMM), during its field trip to the district on April 19.
Funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SADC), the project was launched in April, 2009. Since then, a total of 117 sub-projects have been carried out in five communes, with a total funding of over 2.42 billion VND./
