Taking place over 19 days, the exhibition was a highlight of celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day. It not only reviewed milestones of the past eight decades but also inspired patriotism, national pride, and aspirations for sustainable growth and integration.

From a humble beginning to its present stature as a leading multimedia news agency, it has stood proud of its noble traditions while embracing the digital age, worthy of the title “Hero of the People’s Armed Forces”
According to the General Director, the highlight of the booth is a central globe symbolising the VNA’s information ecosystem and its aspiration for deeper international integration. The globe features images of reporters at home and abroad, alongside multimedia and multi-platform products reflecting the VNA’s pioneering role in digital technology.
Professor Carl Thayer, a Vietnam specialist at the Australian Defence Force Academy, University of New South Wales, has said that Vietnam has undergone decisive transformations, building its role and position in the international stage.
The press centre will serve as a hub for coordinating media activities, ensuring that domestic and foreign journalists have access to timely information and robust support for their reporting.
The groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony was held online, connecting 80 locations across cities and 34 provinces and cities nationwide.
