The Trang An Festival, a long-standing cultural event in Ninh Binh province, is held annually to honour Saint Quy Minh Dai Vuong, a revered guardian deity of the ancient capital Hoa Lu.
Located in Western Hoa Lu Ward, Dan Kinh Thien – Thung Ui is historically recognised as a ceremonial site where kings of Vietnam’s feudal dynasties performed heaven-worshipping rites, one of the highest rituals in the court ceremonial tradition.
