From Europe to Asia, the Vietnamese Mid-Autumn Festival 2025 was celebrated in vibrant and heart-warming gatherings that united overseas Vietnamese communities, evoking the warmth of home under the same full moon.

The training course for Vietnamese language teachers abroad will run over five Saturdays until September 20, focusing on helping teachers select or develop teaching materials, apply appropriate methods, manage classrooms, and coordinate with families and communities in teaching both Vietnamese language and culture.

A ceremony to launch the “Chao Tieng Viet” (Hello Vietnamese language) TV programme and a contest seeking ambassadors of the Vietnamese language aboard was held recently in Hanoi by the Vietnam Education Publishing House, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs, and Vietnam Television.

Overseas Vietnamese children in different countries have enjoyed a merry Mid-Autumn Festival with celebrations held in various forms.
