Vietnam needs international assistance
for a programme to develop a new model in rural areas in the 2010-2010
period, with an estimated average of between 120-150 billion VND for
each commune.
Sixteen investment projects totalled
over 8.5 trillion VND (476 million USD) have been licensed in the
