State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc visited the Novaland Group’s Aqua City smart eco-urban area in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, on August 2.

The luxury real estate model that includes a marina with high-class facilities has become a symbol of the life of the upper class for years. Many developed countries over the world have made their mark with this special model such as the Marina City in the US, Dubai Marina in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

The prospect of busy urban areas being created around Long Thanh International Airport in southern Dong Nai province has attracted investment in the eastern reaches of neighbouring Ho Chi Minh City, most notably Aqua City ecological urban area, which has become appealing thanks to its connectivity, standardised planning, convenience, and ideal geographical location.

After a brief hiatus, property companies have been resuming sales of developments and revealing their post-COVID-19 business plans since the beginning of May.

Novaland Group has just officially launched a real estate centre, the ninth of its kind of the group, at the Aqua City project, Bien Hoa city, the southern province of Dong Nai.
