The “Border spring-Island Tet 2019” programme was launched at the Cam Ranh military port in the south central coastal province of Khanh Hoa on January 3.

A programme entitled “Border spring-Island Tet 2019” was held in the northern province of Thai Nguyen on December 10, drawing over 1,300 participants, including lecturers, students and young people.
