A Vietnamese consumer goods week kicked off at the Carrefour supermarket in Collégien city of France on November 4, with the presence of Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, in the framework of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to France.
“Thieu” lychees from Vietnam have hit the shelves of Carrefour Tongre supermarkets in Brussels, Belgium, since June 23 thanks to efforts of the Vinamex company and partners in bringing the Vietnamese specialty fruit to Europe to utilise the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
Along with ensuring quality and safety, Vietnamese firms should make their products’ price suitable and meet customers’ demands to sell in foreign distribution channels, said Naohisa Saeki, AEON Vietnam’s Deputy General Manager.
Accurate and detailed information about the production and trade of Vietnam’s tra fish was provided to the Spanish press at a press conference held in the Vietnamese Embassy in Spain on May 25.
