Visitors to Doi Son Commune in Ha Nam this week will have the chance to enjoy the Long Đọi Sơn Pagoda Festival that pays tribute to those who had made significant contributions to the country.
Various activities are being held at Doi Son pagoda in Ha Nam province. The event that runs from April 21-25 is to honour those who have contributed to building the pagoda in the early days.
The People’s Committee of Ha Nam province hosted a ceremony on May 3 to receive a certificate recognizing Doi Son (or Long Doi Son) pagoda as a special national relic site and to kick off Doi Son pagoda festival 2018.
The Dien Hai Citadel in the central city of Da Nang has been recognised as a National Special Relic, one of the 10 approved by the Prime Minister early this week.
