The police of the southern province of Dong Nai on May 20 decided to start legal proceedings against the deadly wall collapse case at the Giang Dien Industrial Park.
The police has detained four people to serve investigations into the deadly accident in Giang Dien industrial Park, the southern province of Dong Nai, that killed 10 and injured 14 others on May 14, according to deputy director of Dong Nai police department Colonel Nguyen Van Kim.
