Vietnam and Laos should maintain the annual meeting of their Governments in order to handle arising issues pertaining to their preset plans, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith have vowed to reinforce cooperation between the two foreign ministries.
