The 14th National Assembly (NA) had the 26th working day of its 8th session on November 25 with a focus on three draft laws and the personnel work.

The National Assembly spent the morning of October 24, the 4th working day of its 8th session, to discuss the draft law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants and the Law on Public Employees.

Legislators will hear a report on the draft law on amendments and supplements to several articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants and the Law on Public Employees at the 14th National Assembly (NA)’s eight session on October 24 morning.

The National Assembly adopted two resolutions on legislature’s supervision programme in 2020 and implementation of the Law on the Organisation of People’s Courts on June 10 within the framework of the ongoing 7th session.

The 14th National Assembly (NA) is scheduled to vote on two resolutions and discuss two drafts laws on June 10, part of the ongoing seventh session.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on March 8 chaired a government meeting which focused on building laws.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) is collecting opinions on a new law which would amend a number of articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (2008) and the Law on Public Employees (2010).
