Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda has affirmed Japan’s strong
backing for Vietnam’s socio-economic development and its commitment
on support for projects in the southeast Asian nation.
Vietnam has decided to choose Japan as its cooperative partner for
the construction of the country’s second nuclear power plant in the
central province of Ninh Thuan.
