The PetroVietnam Power Corporation (PV Power) has signed a cooperation agreement with gas industry company Novatek of Russia, on the development of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and energy projects in Vietnam.
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc hosted receptions on December 2 for leaders of big Russian companies which have business ties in Vietnam, namely the Russian Direct Investment Fund, Gazprom, Novatek, Sistema and Miratorg.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc received Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Konstantin Vnukov and Chairman of the Russian gas group Novatek Leonid Mikhelson in Hanoi on November 6.
