The 16th edition of the “One heart – One world” exchange programme is scheduled to take place on April 14, aiming to raise funds for people with disabilities, orphans and those in difficult circumstances nationwide, according to organisers.

The Association in Support of Disabled People and Orphan Children said it has assisted more than 6 million people in the past five years.

The 13th charitable art programme “One Heart-One World” was held in Hanoi on April 7 to draw the community’s attention to the care for disadvantaged people.
