Vietnamese singer Pham Hai Trieu has been living in Japan for nearly 20 years before he freshly decided to launch his first community music project titled “The reason I come to this life”.

four-member executive board for the 2011 – 2013 term led by Duong Van
Qua, at its second congress in Tokyo on Nov. 20.
