The Party Central Committee’s Commission for Organisation held a
national meeting on August 21 in Ho Chi Minh City to roll out
guidelines on personnel work at Party congresses at all levels in
preparation for the upcoming 12th National Party Congress.

to the northern province of Ha Nam to inspect socio-economic
development, new-style rural area building and Party-building work in

on October 16 to mark the 80 th traditional anniversary of the
offices of the Party Central Committee and the Party executive

The southern province of Tay Ninh should focus on personnel training and
administrative reform in order to create a favourable environment to
attract investors, said Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.

forest land for developing industrial tree plantations with high

National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong hailed the agriculture-based
province of Long An in the Mekong delta for setting a bold target of
becoming an industrialised one by 2020.
The National Assembly, Party and Government leaders asked the media to
further enhance its news quality while asserting its important role in
social life.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked
the Red River Delta province of Bac Ninh to fully tap its
advantages and turn itself into an industrial city that uses
hi-technologies as soon as possible.
Nam
Dinh province
should take full advantage of its human resources, shipbuilding and
mechanical engineering industries, handicrafts and maritime economy to
develop sustainably.
National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu
Trong has asked the southern province of Ba Ria -Vung Tau to
fully tap human and land resources to foster its socio-economic
development.
Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh
led a Party Central Committee delegation to the northern port city of
Hai Phong from April 7-8 to examine the implementation of Party
congresses at all levels.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan
Dung has asked ministries and sectors to amend the legal framework to
facilitate further development of the staff and facilities for all
forms of media in the country.
