Ho Chi Minh City has increased its budget allocation for preschool education and has called on the private sector to invest in building kindergartens to meet increasing demand.
Nguyen Thanh Long, deputy head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, introduced Vietnam’s achievements in preschool education, at the 19th International Meeting on Early and Preschool Education in Mexico’s Monterrey city from October 9-13.
