Vietnam will be the fifth partner in the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) and the first in the Asia-Pacific region to sign an Emissions Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA), according to Standing Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Ha Cong Tuan.
