The Japanese government on February 25 organised a signing ceremony to provide non-refundable aid worth a total of more than 300,000 USD for two ongoing projects in Vietnam.
Japanese government non-refundable aid worth more than 158,200 USD will be poured into the second phase of a project developing organic agriculture in the southern province of Ben Tre.
The Seed to Table Programme is providing 75,000 USD to expand its
ongoing project to improve the livelihoods of disadvantaged households
in Binh Chanh district in the southern province Ben Tre.
A Japanese government-funded project to improve livelihood for the poor
in Binh Dai district, southern Ben Tre province, was launched on
December 12 by the provincial agriculture and fishery development centre
and Japan’s Seed to Table organisation.
Seed to Table, a Japanese non-governmental organization, reviewed the
one-year implementation of its project on improving livelihoods for poor
households in the southern province of Ben Tre on July 19.
Seed To Table (STT), a non-profit organisation in collaboration with
LIXIL Corporation, both of Japan , has conducted a public campaign to
bring safe water to people in Phu Vinh commune, Tan Lac district, in the
northern mountainous province of Hoa Binh .
