Prominent start-up projects from students were honoured at the final of a contest held on December 21 and 22 as part of the 2020 National Startup Day for Students, or SV.Startup.

The Vietnam Startup Day 2019 is underway in Ho Chi Minh City from August 23 – 24, attracting nearly 200 projects and hundreds of domestic and foreign investors from the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and Nepal.
Each young Vietnamese should be ambitious and fearless to follow start-up dreams and bring prosperity to the country, said Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam.
The Women’s Union of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho launched the Women Startup Day on March 6 to celebrate the International Women’s Day (March 8) and encourage the women to start businesses.
