The PM has approved the continued allocation of State budget from 2016-2020 to a programme to reinforce, protect and upgrade sea dykes from Quang Ninh to Quang Nam.
Budget overspending reached an estimated 100.7 trillion VND (4.6 billion USD) in the first seven months of this year, equal to 44. 5 percent of the year’s budget estimates.
A continuous improvement in domestic revenue collection (excluding collection from crude oil) in the last months of the year will help the country meet the State budget estimates for 2015.
State budget collection for the next five years is expected to make up

Institute for Finance (NIF) and the US Agency for International
Development (USAID).
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has assigned the Ministry of Planning
and Investment to coordinate with other ministries in allocating State
budget funds to construct new facilities for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh
City Law Universities.
Ho Chi Minh City's state budget collection for the first four months of
the year amounted to 98.146 trillion (4.51 billion USD), increasing by
9.63 percent year-on-year.
