Vietnam is ready to make substantive contributions at the United Nations (UN) development forums, Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang, the country’s head of the Permanent Mission to the United Nations, has said.
Canada will provide 6.23 million USD for two Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) projects in Indonesia supporting women’s grassroots organisations, Ambassador of Canada to Indonesia, Peter MacArthur, has said.
The national conference on sustainable development 2018 will take place in Hanoi on July 5, according to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), a member of the organising board.
Vietnam commits to cooperating with the United Nations and its member states to promote the rule of law to realise sustainable development goals, said Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga, head of the permanent representative of Vietnam to the UN.
