The 4th Thai Nguyen – Vietnam Tea Festival will be organised in the northern province of Thai Nguyen on April 17-19 to promote Vietnamese tea products, honour villages, producers and the tea processing industry as well as introduced local tea to domestic and international market.
The third edition of the Moc Chau Tea Festival began on April 6 at Vinatea Moc Chau, a member of the Vietnam National Tea Corporation (Vinatea), in northern Son La province, bringing together six local tea producers.
A tea festival was held in Thai Nguyen city in the northern province of the same name on February 26 to promote special tea products made in Tan Cuong commune.
“The quintessence of Vietnamese tea” was the theme of the 2015 Thai Nguyen Tea Festival that opened on November 26 in the northern mountainous province of Thai Nguyen.
Delegations from many tea importing countries will attend the Tea Festival hosted by the northern province of Thai Nguyen from November 26-28, said a provincial official on October 22.
