Tien Cave, which is one of the most popular caves in the central province of Quang Binh, was explored by the British Cave Research Association for the first time in 1994, and officially put into service in 2015.
Tien cave is located amidst large mountains and forests in Cao Quang commune, Tuyen Hoa district. With a total length of nearly 3km and depth of about 100m, it is the largest cave among the Tu Lan system.
Possessing stalactites that resemble terraced fields, Tien Cave (the Cave of Fairies) is considered by many as "unknown paradise" in the central coastal province of Quang Binh.
The northern mountainous province of Bac Kan has great potential to develop tourism. However incomprehensive growth has hindered the sector fully tapping its potential.
