Beer makers in Vietnam produced 2.67 billion litres in the first
eleven months of the year, up 7.8 per cent over the corresponding period
last year, according to the Viet Nam Beer, Alcohol and Beverage
Association (VBA).

The first ever festival for the blind opened in Hanoi on April 17 to
honour the blind’s contribution to the society as well as encourage

A fair entitled “Tet Festival Fair 2011” will take place in Hanoi

The Vietnam Business Association in
Russia (VBA) has played an important role in strengthening traditional
friendship, strategic partnership and mutual trust between the two
countries, a Vietnamese diplomat said.
The Vietnam Blind Association (VBA) has
presented 1,717 Tet gifts, worth over 515 million VND, sourced from
State President Nguyen Minh Triet’s donation, to the blind nationwide.
Developing policies for disabled people
was the subject of a meeting held to review the last 10 years of the
poverty reduction campaign held by the Vietnam Blind Association (VBA)
in Hanoi on Aug. 5.
State President Nguyen Minh Triet has confirmed that the Party and State always create the best possible conditions for blind people to ease difficulties in their lives.
