The 21st APEC Ministerial Meeting ended
in Singapore on Nov. 12 after issuing a joint statement that called for
the building of a Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific (FTAAP).
A delegation from the Ministry of
Industry and Trade led by Minister Vu Huy Hoang is on a working visit
to China from Oct. 11-14, to discuss measures to raise two-way trade to
25 billion USD by 2010.
