The World Health Organisation (WHO)’s Regional Director for the Western Pacific, Dr Takeshi Kasai has written an article lauding Vietnam’s effective COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong lauded the World Health Organisation (WHO) for partnering with Vietnam to improve public health care quality during a reception in Hanoi on April 26 for WHO Regional Director for the Western Pacific Takeshi Kasai.
A ceremony was held in Hanoi on November 21 to present the Friendship Order to Dr. Shin Young-soo, World Health Organisation (WHO) Regional Director for the Western Pacific, for his contributions to Vietnam’s healthcare sector.
National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong has expressed her wish that the WHO would work closely with Vietnam to control diseases, improve public health care, and train medical staff.
