The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced on May 29 that it will
impose anti-subsidy duties of up to nearly 63 percent on frozen shrimp
imported from China, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Vietnamese Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva on

the Dispute Settlement Body, aimed at resolving the shrimp case DS/429,
in which the US side is the respondent.
