The ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has applied anti-dumping measures on some products with biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film originating from China, Thailand and Malaysia.
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has lowered anti-dumping duties on frozen tra fish (pangasius) fillets from Vietnam in the 15th period of review (POR15), according to the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOIT).
Vietnam’s frozen Tra fish fillets will be subject to antidumping duties of 2.39 – 7.74 USD per kilogramme from the United States, according to a US decision which the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) claimed unfair and providing unduly excessive protection.
The International Trade Commission (ITC) of the United States has recently voted to extend antidumping duties on frozen shrimp imports from Vietnam, China, India and Thailand for another five years.
