Chulalongkorn University uses BOL system promoting innovations

Businesses are now facing challenges to change and adapt to ensure survival after the COVID-19 pandemic, with technologies and innovation playing a more crucial role. To help promote innovative skills for the younger generations, Thailand’s Chulalongkorn University has joined forces with Business Online Public Company Limited (BOL) to develop courses on innovations and research.

Standardisation of investment procedures urged

Businesses and economic experts brainstormed for initiatives to reform administrative formalities in the investment sector at a recent conference in Hanoi, aiming for a nationwide united code of investment procedures.

Ministry registers e-signatures

The Ministry of Finance expects that 350,000 enterprises will register to use digital signatures by the year-end, according to a report in Dau Tu (Vietnam Investment Review) newspaper.

About 20 percent, or 124,594 enterprises, have used digital signatures for e-procedures such as business registrations, taxation declarations and banking transactions.
