Vietnam gained growth in the export of cassava chips and cassava-made products in 2020 despite the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Department of Agricultural Product Processing and Market Development.
Vietnam achieved cassava export growth in both volume and value in the first quarter of this year despite experiencing difficulties, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).
Thailand has sealed a deal with China to export 590 million USD worth of cassava to the Eas Asian country, Deputy Prime Minister and Commerce Jurin Laksanawisit said during a visit to China on September 21.
