Hanoi receives real-time flood warning technology
The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting under the Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Administration and HydroScan Company of Belgium signed a cooperation agreement on the transfer of real-time flood forecast technology for Hanoi’s inner areas.
